Cancellation Policy

As we are a small dependent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of arrival date will receive a refund of 100% of the deposit. No hotel refunds will be issued within 72 hours of arrival date. This policy does not apply to any non-cancellable reservations or non-refundable reservations. All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
