United Palace

The base fee includes: • Use of the foyer, mezzanine, theatre, multi-purpose rooms and 5 dressing rooms for up to 4.5 performance hours (starting from when the doors open to the public. NOTE: the Palace typically needs 90 minutes to get a full house audience in, through concessions, and seated.) • Use of the state-of-the-art house L’acoustic K2 audio system (specs on request) • Load in beginning as early as 8am • Load out and clean up ending as late as 2am • Bonded security officers and experienced ushers • Maintenance and clean up • Tech staff to assist in set up (although the United Palace does NOT provide stage hands or tech operators) • Up to 4 NYPD Paid Detail officers (for most public events) • Explosive detection canine services (for most public events) • Onsite medical staff (for most public events) • Beginning in 2019, UP will also provide online and box office ticket sales (these services are paid for the facility fee, see below) There are additional fees for: ● Use of the Palace stage lights, spotlights, motors & truss, projectors, etc. ● Use of additional spaces, including for will call ● Food and beverage concession (TBD) ● Merchandise concession (TBD) ● Broadcast and origination fees ● Additional time ●
