Cancellation Policy
If such written notice of termination is received by Bordone more than nine (9) months prior to the Event Date, a cancellation fee of $4,000 will be charged and the remainder of the Deposit returned to Client. If such written notice of termination is received by Bordone between three (3) and nine (9) months prior to the Event Date, seventy-five percent (75%) of the Fee shall be deemed earned, retained and/or collected by Bordone and any excess Deposit held by Bordone shall be returned to Client. If the Event is cancelled within three (3) months of the Event Date, one hundred percent (100%) of the Fee shall be deemed earned, retained and/or collected by Bordone
