Cancellation Policy
We understand that from time-to-time things change, that is why we have developed a flexible approach to cancellations and applicable charges for you, subject to the Resort’s receipt of any cancellation notification from you as follows: - Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel 180 days prior to arrival. - 50% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked will be charged if you cancel between 179 & 46 days prior to arrival. - 100% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked and no refund of any deposits paid to the hotel if you cancel within 45 days prior to arrival.
