Mooresville is a charming suburb located on the Northeast side of Lake Norman, North Carolina's largest fresh water lake. Let's not forget to mention the one-of-a-kind, HIGH-ADRENALINE GoPro Motorplex. GoPro Motorplex is an outdoor, 0.7-mile, 11-turn karting facility open to the public seven days a week, year-round. Modeled after a famous and historic kart track in Parma, Italy, GoPro Motorplex gives a nod to racing history while writing its own. Mooresville is also home to exceptional GOLF, hosting The Mooresville Golf Club, redesigned in 2016 as a links style golf experience. Awarded 3rd best golf course renovation in 2017 by Golf, Inc. Mooresville Golf Club is one of the Top courses in the Charlotte Region. Located on the shores of Lake Norman, sits Trump National Charlotte, a nationally ranked 18-hole golf course with a 7,495-yard Greg Norman design and world class country club amenities. BREATHE as you take in Lake Norman State Park, set on the largest manmade lake in North Carolina, boasting one of the region’s more popular mountain biking networks, offering 30.5 miles of single-track trail. Free interpretive programs are complemented by educational exhibits throughout the visitor center and along the child-friendly Dragonfly Trail.
