Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BY LICENSEE: If LICENSEE cancels any event covered by this AGREEMENT, LICENSEE agrees to pay LICENSOR the following amounts as liquidated damages and not as penalty, within 10 days of the invoice, and the parties agree that such amounts constitute reasonable provision for liquidated damages: A.) If LICENSEE cancels more than one year before the first move-in day of the event, one-quarter of the Rent as shown on page one (1) of this AGREEMENT shall be payable to LICENSOR, and B.) If LICENSEE cancels more than six (6) months before the first move-in day of the event, but less than one year before the first move-in day of the event, one-half of the Rent as shown on page one (1) of this AGREEMENT shall be payable to LICENSOR, and C.) If LICENSEE cancels less than six (6) months before the first move-in day of the event, the entire Rent as shown on page one (1) of the AGREEMENT shall be payable to LICENSOR.
