Any cancellation in excess of 6 months prior to event date will be given a full refund of deposit. 4 to 6 months prior to event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged. Less than 4 months prior to event date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit will be charged.
