Cancellation Policy

91 days or greater, prior to the event date: Forfeiture of initial deposit. 90 days to 61 days prior to the event date: An amount equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the estimated total event. 60 days to 31 days prior to the event date: An amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the estimated total event. 30 days or less, prior to the event date: An amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated total event. Payment for liquidated damages due as a result of cancellation of this agreement shall be made at the time of cancellation
