Currently our cancellation policy stands as per the following: - prior to 120 days: initial deposit payable - 120 - 91 days : we can cancel up to 50% of the room block with no charge but each room cancelled above 50%, would incur a penalty charge of 10% of the room rate per night in room block; - 91 - 61 days : we can cancel up to 25% of the room block with no charge but each room cancelled above 25%, would incur a penalty charge of 50% of room rate per night in room block; - 61 - 31 days : we can cancel up to 5% of the room block with no charge but each room cancelled above 5%, would incur a penalty charge of 75% of room rate per night in room block; - Less than 30 days: 100% of room rate per night in room block.
