Should the Hirer cancel the booking as set out in the Venue Hire Agreement, the following charges will apply: * Over 120 days before the Hire Period: loss of the full 50% Deposit * Between 90-120 days before the Hire Period: 75% of the Hire Charges * Less than 90 days before the Hire Period: 100% of the Hire Charges
