Cancellation Policy
If the Event is cancelled by you for any reason, other than for reasons of Force Majeure, within the following time periods, the following percentage of the Hire Fee shall immediately become due to Middle Temple: - 6 months or more before the Event: 25% of the Hire Fee; - within 3 months of the Event: 50% of the Hire Fee; - within 6 weeks of the Event, 75% of the Hire Fee; or - within 2 weeks of the Event, the full Hire Fee (plus, where the Event was to be catered for by Middle Temple, an additional charge of 50% of the Catering Costs).
Additional Information
In-house caterers and also an accredited suppliers list to allow external caterers, florists and production. Licenced until 11pm - can extend to 1am at weekends. Closed August, Easter and Christmas Holidays.
