Cancellation Policy
In the event of group cancellation occurring: 0 to 45 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the "Anticipated Room Night Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes. 46 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of eighty-five percent (85%) of the "Anticipated Room Night Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes. From acceptance of this contract and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent of the "Anticipated Room Night Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes.
