Hyde Park

Park
1 mi. away
One of the largest parks in London, Hyde Park has a history intertwined with Henry VIII, Queen Caroline, the Suffragettes and other inspirational figures. However, the park itself, beautiful at any time of the year, is impressive enough, from its impressive triple-arched entrance onwards. Visitors enjoy discovering the Serpentine, the lake that forms the border between Hyde Park and neighbouring Kensington Gardens (home of the famous statue of Peter Pan), and exploring Rotten Row, the four mile long path favoured by joggers, cyclists and horse riders.
