Cancellation Policy
In the event that numbers are reduced or, part or all of the programme is cancelled, charges will be made in accordance with this clause. All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing addressed to the General Manager or the Managing Director. Notice periods are effective from the date of receipt. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: • More than 120 days notice no charge • 120 to 91 days notice, 10% of the total cost will be charged • 90 to 61 days notice, 25% of the total cost will be charged • 60 to 31 days notice, 50% of the total estimated costs will be charged • 30 to 15 days notice, 75% of the total estimated costs will be charged • 14 days or less notice, 100% will be charged for room hire, equipment & miscellaneous charges, and 65% will be charged for catering (day delegate rates will be charged at 80% of the total cost).

The Meeting Rooms, which offer an abundance of natural daylight and comes with furniture, a data-projector, a projection screen, a flipchart, delegate stationery and filtered bottled water. Unlimited premium tea & fresh, brewed coffee throughout the day from ‘Fresh bean, fresh milk’ self-serve coffee machines, providing a range of top-quality drinks (from espresso’s to latte’s). Light continental breakfast served on arrival, including cereals, pastries, fruits and yoghurts.
