Cancellation Policy
Group Cancellations after signed contract are as follows 0-30 days 100%, 31-60 days 80%, 61-90 days 65%, 91-120 days 50%. If you must cancel your guaranteed reservation, notice of cancellation must be received 24 hours, or one (1) day prior to 3 p.m. on the first scheduled day of arrival. Any cancellation made without a 24 hour notice or no-shows will be charged the full rate plus applicable taxes for the first night.
