Cancellation Policy
Our policy can be adjusted according to the number of rooms requested and the actual availability of the property. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. In the event that the cancellation of the group's accommodation is effected from the signing of the contract until 121 days before the group's arrival, a penalty of 30% of the total accommodation services will be applied. 2. In the event that the cancellation of the group accommodation is made 120-61 days before the group's arrival, a penalty will be applied corresponding to 50% of the total accommodation services. 3. In the event that the cancellation of the group accommodation is made 60-31 days before the group's arrival, a penalty will be applied corresponding to 75% of the total accommodation services. 4. If the cancellation of the group's accommodation is made 30-00 days before the group's arrival, a penalty corresponding to 100% accommodation services or the equivalent of a No Show will be applied. REDUCTION POLICY 1. If the reduction of rooms (maximum 20% of the total of the reservation) occurs between the signing of the contract and the 91 days before the date of the group's admission, they will be received without any penalty. If this reduction exceeds this percentage, it will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 30% of these reduced rooms. 2. If the reduction of rooms (maximum 15% of the total of the reservation) occurs between 90-61 days before the date of group admission, it will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 30% of these reduced rooms. If this reduction exceeds this percentage, it will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 50% of these reduced rooms. 3. If the reduction of rooms (maximum 10% of the total of the reservation) occurs between 60-31 days before the date of group admission, it will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 50% of these reduced rooms. If this reduction exceeds this percentage, it will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 75% of these reduced rooms. 4. Any other reduction of rooms received from 30 days before the date of group admission will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 100% of these reduced rooms or the equivalent of no show.
