Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is 61 days prior to arrival - Cancellation between 41 – 60 days prior to group arrival will be subject to cancellation fee equal to the deposit. - Cancellation between 31 and 40 days – 100 % charge entire room block. - Cancellation less than 30 days – 100 % charge entire arrangements. - No-show or premature departure – 100 % charge entire arrangements. - Any amendments, for instance a decrease in number of rooms etc, same conditions as cancellation shall be applied.
