Cancellation Policy

To be valid, cancellations must be confirmed in writing; the effective date shall be the date on which the written note is sent. - Up to D-31 before the start of the event: 100% cancelled at no charge. - From D-30 to D-22 before the start of the event: 75% cancelled at no charge. - From D-21 to D-15 before the start of the event: 50% cancelled at no charge. - From D-14 to D-7 before the start of the event: 25% cancelled at no charge. - From D-6 to D-day planned for the event: the total invoice payment. A 10% will be accepted up to 4 days before the event.

Deposit - payment by company - For companies in Switzerland: After receipt of the signed contract, the organizer must pay 50% of the predictable cost for event. This payment confirms the reservation. In the absence of the latter the reservation is cancelled. Once this payment is made, a refund is possible in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer, in accordance with the cancellation policy contracted. The remaining amount of the invoice is payable 20 days per invoice. - For foreign companies: After receiving the signed contract, the organizer must pay 75% of the foreseeable cost for event. This payment confirms the reservation. Once this payment is made, a refund is possible in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer, in accordance with the cancellation policy contracted. The remaining amount of the invoice is payable upon check-out at the hotel reception. We specify that we do not send invoices.
