Situated in the historic Ritchie's Mill at the mouth of the Cataract Gorge on the banks of the Tamar River in Launceston, Tasmania, Stillwater offers a private room and the Wine Bar for private functions and special occasions. The casually elegant ambiance ensures our guests feel welcome and comfortable whether enjoying our 6 course evening degustation menu or casual breakfast, a corporate lunch or a coffee with friends... or just a glass of wine after work.
