Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, written notification must be received at least 30 days prior to the event to qualify for a refund less a $100 handling fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days from the event will result in a forfeiture of all payments. If Hills & Dales Estate must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstance, your rental fees will be refunded. Hills & Dales Estate will not be held responsible for any other costs related to your event.
