A visit to Moltke’s Palace is a visit to a venue that meets several requirements for, among other things, ecology, waste management, eco-labelled products, food waste etc. Moltke’s Palace was also awarded with the bronze label by The Organic Cuisine Label in 2021, since 30-60 % of our ingredients are organic.
