Cancellation Policy
• A signed contract and deposit must be received to confirm a booking; the deposit amount will be advised at time of booking.Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • For all bookings final payment of pre ordered items must be received no later than two weeks prior to the date of the function. • Settlement of extras will be required on the day of the function. Notification of Numbers • The client shall notify the hotel of the final number of guests not less than 14 days prior to the event. • Numbers may only be reduced by 10% from those stated on the contract, full cancellation charges are applicable, inside of 14 days prior to the event for any numbers that are reduced. • Rushton Hall reserves the right to move a client’s event to a different room in the Hotel if the number of guests reduces. Cancellation by the client Residential or Non Residential • In the event of cancellation or reduction in numbers, the following conditions will apply to all contracted items including Bedrooms, Room Hire and Food & Beverage: - o Cancellation or reduction in numbers within TWO WEEKS of commencement: Full Charges o Cancellation or reduction in numbers within ONE MONTH of commencement 50% Cancellation Fee o Cancellation or reduction in numbers within TWO MONTHS of commencement: 25% Cancellation Fee o Cancellations are not valid unless received in writing. Cancellation of the event by Rushton Hall • Rushton Hall may cancel any bookings under the following circumstances. • If the client is in breach of any of these terms and conditions in any manner. • If Rushton Hall or any part of it is closed due to circumstances outside its control. • If the client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership. • If the client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment to Rushton Hall • Rushton Hall reserves the right to reclaim from any client the reasonable costs of any damage incurred as a result of the actions of their guests. • If a guest has an allergy of any kind to a particular food, it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure he/she does not consume any dish containing that ingredient. We cannot take responsibility for any food consumed unless advised prior to the arrival of the guest.

Situated on the western edge of the small village of Rushton, the nearest town to Rushton Hall is Rothwell, 2 miles to the west which is now bypassed by the A14. The nearest main towns are Corby and Kettering, which have all the usual shopping, commercial and leisure facilities. Kettering also has a mainline railway station with direct links to London St. Pancras (45 mins approx).
