Open flames are not authorized in Arrowhead Stadium. Candles can be utilized as long as the flame is within glass; for example, hurricane globes, votive cups, etc. Levy Restaurants has exclusive right to furnish food, beverages and other catering items and services at the Event and shall be solely responsible for furnishing the items and services set forth in the Banquet Event Order. The Client shall in no way have the right to vend or otherwise sell food and beverage or share in revenue from sales of food and beverage at the Event. All spaces in Arrowhead Stadium have elegant contemporary décor. Nothing shall be affixed to the premises without the express prior written consent of the Chiefs. No helium or lighter-than-air balloons, confetti, or glitter shall be permitted in or on the premises without prior written approval of the Chiefs. All entertainment groups contracted to perform at Arrowhead Stadium must contact an Event Manager a minimum of 30 days prior to their performance, to confirm electrical needs. A minimum of a $300.00 charge will apply for bands that require “additional” electrical services. If the event will be using entertainment the client agrees to provide this policy to the vendor and understands that The Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc. reserves the right to stop entertainment vendors that do not comply and are not held liable for loss incurred. There are no exceptions on the day of the event. The Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc. shall not permit any live animal, reptile, fish, or bird to enter or remain in the premises unless approved in writing in advance by the Chiefs. A properly trained and safely muzzled “assistance animal” accompanying a person with a disability and need for the assistance animal is excluded from application of this provision. All such animals so admitted must at all times remain on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The Caterer shall only serve alcoholic beverages to individuals who are at least twenty one (21) years of age and will check identification of the client and any of the client’s guests that appear to be under thirty (30) years of age. Unless otherwise pre-approved in writing by the Chiefs, pyrotechnics and fireworks are prohibited at all times on the premises.
