Jaya Residency is the best known address in Kakinada. It has 54 elegantly appointed well-furnished rooms. Its location in the commercial centre of the city adds to the popularity of this hotel. Bhavana is specially designed and tastefully decorated and is ideally suited to celebrate marriages, wedding receptions, meetings and conferences. It has a seating capacity of 150 to 200 guests. The ideal hall for organising mini gatherings and private parties up to 30 guests.
