Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for reservations for 1 to 9 rooms: − Bookings cancelled 15 to 20 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee of total booking value Bookings cancelled 11-14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value. − Bookings cancelled 8 to 10 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of total booking value. − Bookings cancelled 0 to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of total booking value. Group Reservations: For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival unless special concessions have been agreed upon. Cancellation policy for reservations for 10 or more rooms: − Full payment is due 60 days prior to the guest’s arrival. − Bookings cancelled 31 to 40 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value. − Bookings cancelled 21 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of total booking value. − Bookings cancelled 0 to 20 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of total booking value. Should the booking be made within 7 days of arrival then full prepayment must be made within 24 hours of the booking being placed. Should the booking be made within 72 hours of arrival or less, then full prepayment must be made at the time of placing the booking.
