On the landside of the airport terminal – before security and passport control – you will find YOTEL, with 171 rooms, a 24/7 gym, flexible meeting rooms, and a full bar and restaurant. Whether you’re staying only for a few hours or overnight, in transit or taking an early morning flight, our Istanbul Airport hotel airside or landside is just the place to lay your head. YOTEL Istanbul Airport (Landside) features a range of flexible meeting and event spaces suitable for formal board meetings, corporate events, team-building, brainstorming, educational trips or collaborative co-working. Meeting rooms can accommodate small private meetings as well as larger capacities of up to 150 delegates in one room. Our single and combined studios have the capacity to hold up to 200 guests, making it the go-to destination for your business needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and amendments You have the flexibility to amend or cancel your reservation anytime up to 24 hours before your booked arrival time and your payment will be returned to you net of any card transaction fee you may have paid (72 hours in the case of multi room reservations). Within 24 hours (72 hours in the case of multi room reservations) of your booked arrival time there is no refund for your reservation. Please note that your reservation will not have been deemed cancelled or amended unless you have received written confirmation from us. Any credit card handling charge applied to the original reservation will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. A handling charge may also apply in the event of monies being returned to the customer’s credit card. Any reservation fee for reservation(s) made by telephone will not be refunded in the event in of a cancellation. You will require a valid credit or credit card at check in if you want to facilitate the purchase of any extras such as food, drinks or entertainment that you may require. Our hotels do not generally accept cash transactions on property. There are some locations where a limited cash transaction facility may be available. No refunds will be paid in the event of flight delays or disruption due to security alert or other force majeure. There may be other emergency/security situations where customers may be asked to evacuate their rooms, if for example the terminal buildings are closed for any other reason and there is no access to the YOTEL / YOTELAIR property. Where a credit card provided for a transaction subsequently ceases to be valid and the customer requests a transaction on that card e.g. refund/change of duration then the administrative of this, if any, will be charged to the customer. This shall include but not limited to any bank charges in making transfers to a customer's bank or other account. YOTEL endeavours to promptly refund any monies due. Please be aware that we may need to contact you for your card details. Your refund should arrive in your account within 21 working days after we have received those details.

We have eight flexible state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces at YOTEL Istanbul Airport (Landside). Sizes vary from 14 sqm to 154 sqm which in total can hold up to 200 people.
