About us
Wandin is the perfect venue for your next executive meeting, conference, trade launch, gala dinner, cricket day or Christmas party. Set on 120 acres in Lovedale, Wandin is an easy drive from Newcastle or Sydney; only 2 minutes off the Hunter Expressway. With a location that differs from traditional meetings spaces; Wandin provides a warm and inviting space that has extraordinary views of vineyards and natural beauty, provides balance between indoor and natural light, a variety of break out areas and lots of fresh air to improve meeting efficacy. Wandin offers bespoke meeting and function packages for 4 to 100 people or can provide outdoor space perfect for product launches or trade events of up to 2,000. We can also assist with transport, audio visual, theming, trade booths, entertainment requirements. Wandin Valley Estate is just the right environment to generate ideas, solve problems or celebrate success. The Cricketers Pavilion has excellent acoustics, projection equipment, white boards and built-in theatre lighting to ensure your event is a great success.
