Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule without a charge up to (21) days prior to the scheduled event date. If a client chooses to cancel less than (21) or more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date, the client acknowledges paying a fee representing 50% of the schedule billing. In the event of client cancellation made 14 or fewer days prior to the scheduled date, the client acknowledges responsibility to pay a fee representing 100% of the total amount due.
