No refunds will be issued when the booking party at any time cancels the trip for personal reasons or any other circumstance.

Additional Information
If mechanical issues arise prior to the charter and the vessel is not able to sail, Oceangogo Company Limited will provide another vessel of similar quality or arrange a rescheduling for the booking party. If the booking party chooses to cancel the trip, a full refund will be issued. All vessels are insured against third party risks. Passengers are solely responsible for their personal safety and that of any property they bring aboard. Oceangogo Company Limited takes no responsibility for damages, theft or personal injuries during boarding and the voyage or at the time of disembarkation. If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 is still hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued two hours before the pick-up time booked, Oceangogo Ltd. will automatically postpone the outing to a future date in agreement with the booking party. The charter date can only be rescheduled under the mentioned prescribed circumstances. If the booking party cancels the charter for rain, Typhoon Cyclone Warning Signal No.1, Thunder Warning, Amber or Red Rainstorm warnings or any other bad weather conditions, any monies already paid (including the initial deposit) will be forfeited. If a higher Tropical Cyclone Warning is changed to Signal No.1 or Red Rainstorm Warning two hours before the pick-up time booked, the original voyage shall continue. The charterer should remain in touch with the Company during the voyage. If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 is hoisted or the Amber or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the voyage, for the purposes of safety the charter will return to the drop-off point or alternative place of shelter without delay. The booking party cannot be compensated for the unused time nor can the charter be re-scheduled.
