170 units apartments (residences) ranging from 55 sq m to 569 sq m and consisting of 1 to 4 bedrooms. Each unit is fully furnished with the ultra modern furniture and fittings; fully equipped kitchen with pots and cutleries. Max. occupants is 2 persons per bedroom ie. One Bedroom = 2 persons, Two Bedroom = 4 persons, Three Bedrooms = 6 persons. No twin bed and Extra Bed for One Bedroom. Configuration of bedding is One Bedroom = Queen Bed, Two Bedroom = 1 King and 1 Twin, Three Bedroom = 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin. Meeting facility - 1 boardroom only for max. 20 persons.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation needs to be written (fax / email), cancellation will not be accepted by telephone. No fee charged for reservation cancelled: •Short Stay reservation (1-29 nights) : 48 hours prior arrival date •Long Stay reservation (more than 1 month) : 15 days prior arrival date In case of late cancellation the following amount will be charged: •Reservation from 1 - 29 nights : FIT – 1 day rental, GIT – 50% of total length of stay booked •Reservation from 1 – 5 months: FIT – 2 weeks rental GIT – 1 month rental •Reservation for 6 months & above:FIT – 1 month rental. GIT – 1 month rental Note: FIT = 7 rooms & below / GIT = 8 rooms & above NO-SHOW POLICY: In case of No Show the total length of stay booked will be charged

All residences or apartments are fully furnished and equipped with high speed internet (broadband or WiFi), kitchen and spacious living room, cable TV with over 43 news and entertainment channels.
