Flexible workspaces in the Up-and-Coming Hammerbrook District To meet the surging demand for flexible meeting and office spaces in Hamburg and actively contribute to shaping the media city, Design Offices launched its third location in the Hanseatic city. Our new meeting and conference rooms, coworking spaces and offices are located in the Hammerbrook district, situated within the Olympus Campus. This vibrant area is evolving into a hub for science, businesses, and agencies. Additionally, we offer comfortable hotel rooms in the adjacent hotel, ensuring convenience for those who want to stay close to the action while enjoying a restful stay. Hammerbrook is a district of Hamburg with an urban office and business area. After being completely destroyed by the air raids in the Second World War, the quarter has been growing since the 1980s – not least because of its particularly good transport connections. Since 2021 project teams and companies can rent flexible offices and coworking options at Design Offices Hamburg Hammerbrook in the Elbe metropolis. With more than 9,000 sqm, the new location is the largest Design Offices property in Hamburg in terms of space. The location will be the new home for companies, whether sole proprietors, medium-sized firms or corporate groups in Northern Germany and beyond.
