Facility Restrictions
Regarding Rates: We are happy to provide a discount off of our Published Rates, depending on date, number of room nights, pattern, number of rooms per night and our current availability.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% per person secures your reservation; the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If trip is canceled 90 + days prior to arrival, all monies are refunded. If trip is cancelled 89-60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit, will be refunded unless a replacement client is found. After 60 days, no money will be refunded unless a replacement client is found. Receipt of deposit by Three Forks Ranch or its agents is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts cancellation/refund and responsibility clauses.
