More
Burwell House is a fantastic venue for a wide variety of residential and non-residential courses. Built in the late 1700s and owned by Cambridgeshire County Council since the 1960's, it retains the gracious atmosphere of a large family home, whilst catering for the needs of modern day customers. Its lounges, conservatory, seminar rooms, TV studio and craft studio mean that there is a variety of internal accommodation to fulfill any requirement you may have. Upstairs, its comfortable bedrooms range from twin-bedded rooms to larger dormitories. The House can securely accommodate up to 55 children plus 5 staff. Most areas of the house and grounds are used for teaching. Inside, there are large comfortable rooms where such sessions take place. Burwell House is also a popular venue for adult courses, and can be used in a number of ways - for day meeting or conference courses, catered residential courses or as a self catering venue.
