Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: “Group Cancellation” means the complete termination of the contracted event, not elimination of portion of the program, or a cancellation of all individual room cancellations. If Client requests a Group Cancellation, the cancellation policy overrides the attrition allowance of the Final Contract referenced above. The following describes the cancellation policy’s computation of the liquidated damages to be applied in the event of a cancellation: Should a Group Cancellation become necessary, the hotel must receive a cancellation notification in writing and a cancellation fee may result. This fee is based upon the anticipated guest room and meeting room revenue. Block must be cancelled before the date of «Cancellation Cutoff Date» to avoid a cancellation penalty. Cancellation Date Fee Within 1 month prior to the first arrival date: 100% of Guest Room Revenue Within 3 months prior to the first arrival date: 60% of Guest Room Revenue Within 6 months prior to the first arrival date: 40% of Guest Room Revenue Upon signature of contract: 20% of Guest Room Revenue All liquidated damages are due and payable upon receipt of invoice.
