Cancellation Policy
All meetings must be cancelled at least 7 business days prior to scheduled meeting. If meetings are cancelled within 7 business days of scheduled meeting, hotel will waive cancellation fee if meeting room can be rented to another group. Otherwise, 50% of meeting room rental will be charged as cancellation fee. For group sleeping rooms, there will be a 24 to 72 hour cancellation policy, depending on the needs of each specific group.
Facility Restrictions
Hotel limits meeting room usage past 10 pm, as all meeting rooms are adjacent to sleeping rooms. Hotel allows up to 25% of rooms to be blocked in groups, so please contact hotel for details regarding groups in need of 26 or more sleeping rooms per night.
Additional Information
All meetings are priced inclusive of set-up and tax. Meetings can also be priced for an outside catering allowance. Sleeping rooms priced separately, with group discounts available.
