About us
The Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth Downtown is the largest full-service hotel in Duluth. We're 10 minutes from the Duluth International Airport and located in the heart of Downtown Duluth, MN. We boast 12,000 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate 500 people. We are also directly connected to the Duluth Entertainment & Convention Center (DECC), by an indoor climate-controlled skywalk, which provides an additional 110,000 square feet of meeting space. We are near the area's businesses and Duluth attractions including Canal Park with the Ariel Lift Bridge and shores of Lake Superior! History buffs enjoy touring Glensheen Mansion, while outdoor enthusiasts have many options to explore along the Lake Superior Hiking Trail. Great area shopping and dining is just around the corner in Downtown Duluth at Canal Park. Since we're in the heart of the business district, you're near banks, hospitals, Allete Minnesota Power, Maurices, Enbridge and UnitedHealthCare.
