Facility Restrictions
DISPLAY, DECORATIONS AND PROMOTIONS The client shall not display any poster or other material within the Hotel premises without the expressed consent of the Hotel. The client shall not post, tack, nail, screw or affix any displays, placard, labels or other decorative or promotional materials on any part of the function room. The client agrees not to remove any furniture, fitting or other Hotel property from the function room and in particular not to block fire doors or emergency exits. Any materials or poster being displayed should be removed by the client at the end of the event, otherwise a charge of QAR500 will be imposed as the cost of disposal. PROHIBITION OF SMOKING Smoking is prohibited in the restaurants and function rooms. Smoking will also not be allowed in the vicinity of the function room. PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOL As the Hotel is a dry property, we will not be serving alcohol neither will the guests be allowed to bring alcohol in the restaurants and function rooms.
