Facility Restrictions

All food and beverage in the Perot Museum of Nature and Science is provided by catering partner, Wolfgang Puck Catering. All clients required to sign policies and procedures document.

Cancellation Policy

User shall pay to the Museum a facilities usage fee due and payable (30) thirty days in advance of the Rental Date. A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% is required upfront, or the full rental fee which shall be non-refundable if less than $1000.00 is required in accompaniment of a signed contract. User must give Museum written notice (60) sixty days before the Rental Date to receive a refund of any facility usage fees minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellation after that date will result in the Museum being entitled to retain, as liquidated damages all such payments. Scheduled dates are non-transferrable. A refundable damage fee deposit in the amount of $1000.00 is required for use of the museum facility. A credit card letter on file is required. If a damage fee is required and no damages occur, the damage fee will be returned within three weeks of the Rental Date.
