The city has approved a $300 million plan to renovate five buildings in historic Fair Park that includes the Cotton Bowl Stadium and the beautiful Art Deco bandshell. Work will be completed by 2026. Additionally, Dallas is getting a new convention center! Construction will be located adjacent to the current Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and is expected to begin in 2024 with completion in 2029.
