Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or modification up to 6pm, 1 day prior to the arrival date. The Hotel may cancel the booking: • If the Hotel or any part of it is closed due to fire, dispute with employees, alteration, and decoration, order of any public authority or for any reason beyond the Hotel’s control. • If the client is more than 30 days late for a payment to the Hotel for any amount due as per this agreement • If the client fails to adhere to the cancellation policy, then, and in any such events, the Hotel reserves the right to release the space and retain any deposit received and claim any additional amount due from the client, if applicable. The Hotel reserves the right to re-allocate the function rooms from one part of the building to another part of the building within the Hotel, due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a difference in room hire, the lower rate will be applied. If, in the opinion of the Hotel, the Event may in any way jeopardize the reputation of the Hotel, the Hotel Management may decide to cancel the Event and the client will be advised in writing. In such a case, the Hotel will refund any advance payment made, but will have no further liability to the client. If the client chooses to cancel the event, then the client must notify the Hotel in writing of its intent to cancel the event. In such circumstances, the client must pay the cancellation fees as stated in the table below to the Hotel.
