Welcome to the Award Winning Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport. Built in 2006, our hotel completed a guest room, public areas and restaurant renovation in 2018. Our meeting space at the KCI Expo center was refreshed in 2017 as well. Located just 2 miles to the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and 4 miles to Zona Rosa shopping, dining and entertainment district, attendees enjoy our convenient location, superior service, and value. Cancellation Policy
Individual reservation cancellation policy is 24 hr prior to 6 pm day before reservation arrives to avoid cancellation penalty of first night's room and tax. Group and meeting cancellation policies apply as contracted.
Additional details
If your program requires more guest rooms than we can offer, the hotel provides free shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. Our meeting and exhibit space is ready for your specific needs with full service catering, audio visual and decorator services. The KCI Expo Center is home to many shows including product shows, formal dinners, auctions, hobby and leisure shows, and special events. We are flexible in accommodating a variety of set up requirements and themed events. Our dedicated Convention Services Manager details all events from start to finish, and works to ensure your needs are met and program is a success. We have partnerships with several hotels within walking distance to accommodate large group room needs. Our partner hotels agree to commission, rebate and comp policies of your bookings.
