Cancellation Policy

EVENT CANCELLATION All cancellations must be received in writing and all deposits are non-refundable. Please note the following terms are applicable: a) More than thirty (30) days’ notice; unless otherwise specified in the contract the deposit will be forfeited b) Between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days’ notice; in addition to the deposit (which will be forfeited), payment equal to 20% of the estimated function charge will be required c) Between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days’ notice; in addition to the deposit (which will be forfeited), payment equal to 30% of the estimated function charge will be required d) Less than seven (7) business days’ notice; in addition to the deposit (which will be forfeited) payment equal to 100% of the estimated function charge is required e) The hotel, at its discretion and event specific conditions, may waive part of the cancellation fee if the function room is rebooked. ACCOMMODATION A rooming list stating arrival and departure dates of individual guests is required fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, together with billing instructions and guarantees where applicable. Additional reservations can be made up until arrival time, however both rate and availability cannot be guaranteed. CANCELLATION & RELEASE Cancellation or release of rooms may be permitted in accordance with the terms outlined below. All cancellations/amendments must be received in writing. a) 90 - 61 days prior to arrival 20% of the room block may be released without incurring any penalties. Any cancellations greater than 20% of room block will incur 50% of the rate of additional rooms cancelled. b) 60-31 days prior to arrival 10% of remaining rooms may be cancelled. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate per room cancelled will apply. c) 30 days prior to arrival: Full cancellation fees apply for all room night’s cancelled. d) 14 days prior to arrival Any unallocated rooms not required as per rooming list will be released with full cancellation fees payable.
