- Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle is located on elevated ground near the confluence of the Ruak and Mekong Rivers, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, the Tented Camp overlooks 3 countries simultaneously: Thailand, Burma (Myanmar) and Laos. - Guests approach the camp by boat down the Ruak River. Thick stands of bamboo and other native trees envelop the camp, which is spread out along a roughhewn 1 km trail. The tropical jungle atmosphere brings life and colour to the area’s notorious history. - With just 16 luxurious tents, Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle in Thailand feels intimate, exotic and remote – but offers easy access from Bangkok. - The furnishings and decor are reminiscent of 19th century adventure expeditions with handcrafted furniture, hardwood floors, mosquito nettings and hurricane lamps. - A luxurious king-size bed takes up one side of the tent, while an old-fashioned, two-person hand-hammered copper bathtub stands in the centre of the room. - All-inclusive packages include an elephant journey, spa pampering and all meals and beverages.
