Cancellation Policy
group policy: the organizer must notify the hotel of cancellation and reduction in number of accommodations within the minimum period specified hereunder: in event of the group cancellation after signing of the contract to 60 days prior to the arrival, the room block may be released without penalty. in event of the cancellation between (59) days to (45) days prior to the arrival up to 5 rooms may be released without penalty. Any room cancelled exceeding 5 rooms will be charged 50% of entire accommodation booked i.e. no. of rooms + no. of room nights + room rate + applicable tax + service charge. in event of cancellation in writing between (45) days and three (3) days prior to the group arrival up to 3 rooms may be released without penalty. any rooms cancelled exceeding 3 rooms will be charged 75% of the entire accommodation booked i.e. no. of rooms + no. of room nights + room rate + applicable tax + service charge. any rooms cancelled within (3) days to (72) hours to the arrival date will be charged an amount equal to the entire accommodation booking. All no shows, early departures and late arrival will also be charged accordingly
