Cancellation Policy

"All cancellations given under this License must be in writing and must be given to the parties at the addresses set forth below (or at such other address as the parties may specify in accordance with this paragraph). Any cancellation or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract, or by law, shall be in writing and either (a) personally delivered, (b) sent by United States mail, registered or certified, or express mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, (c) sent by any nationally recognized overnight courier service, delivery charges prepaid, or (d) sent by email with a PDF attachment. Any cancellation required or given hereunder shall be deemed received the same business day if sent by hand delivery or by email with a PDF attachment, the next business day if sent by overnight courier, or three days after posting if sent by certified mail, return receipt requested. You may cancel this contract up to 60 days prior to the date of the event at which time we will refund the total fees and charges previously delivered to us, less your nonrefundable commitment which is retained by us. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days of your Event Date will result in an obligation of 75% of the overall event cost. Cancellation 30 days and less prior to the Event Date will result in no refunds and all obligations are non-cancelable and you are responsible for the total amount of your purchase (i.e., all contracted fees and charges)"
