Cancellation Policy
We ask that you cancel any reservations before 6pm local time (MST) on the day of arrival to avoid a charge. Advance deposits will be fully refunded if the cancellation is received in writing and the original reserved space is sold to another group. * The Ramkota and Conference Center - Casper reserves the right to assess a cancellation charge based on current rental rates on all function room space guaranteed and then cancelled in advance, as follows: 6 months or more - no charge 3 to 6 months - 30% 2 to 3 months - 40% 1 to 2 months - 70% 1 month or less - 100%
