We are members of lCCA, the International Association of Congresses and Conventions, leader in the field of meetings worldwide with the participation of members from 90 countries and more than 1000 companies. 1. To make the reservation of an area you must sign the contract and make a deposit of 30% of the value of it. 2. The increase in the number of people for the event, will be received with a maximum of 72 hours in advance of the event, as long as they do not exceed more than 10% initially contracted. 3. The Convention Center Cartagena de Indias will make an additional charge of 30% for the right of entry to the equipment and services of providers other than those of the Center. 4. There will be an additional charge of 10% of the total value of the event, which will be reimbursed in full or in part 15 calendar days for the purpose of unforeseen events. 5. The CCCI schedule for congresses, conventions, corporate, fairs is from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. The extension of rent in hours before or after stipulated, has an additional surcharge per hour of 1.5 of the regular value. It does not apply for social events. 6. The term of the quote has a term defined in this quote. Any request outside the validity period of the offer is subject to availability and change of rates without prior notice. 7. Warning tip: Consumers are informed that this shop suggests its customers a tip corresponding to 10% of the value of the account, which may be accepted, rejected modified by you, according to your assessment of the service provided. . At the moment of requesting the account, indicate to the person who attends it if you want that value to be included or not in the invoice or indicate the value you want to give as a tip.
