Cancellation Policy
CONTRACT CANCELLATIONS. The CONTRACTING PARTY may cancel the reservation in the following terms and conditions and with application of the following percentages of penalties in favor of the HOTEL and on the quotation as follows: • If cancellation is made 180 days prior to date of event, the CONTRACTING PARTY shall pay 30% as penalty. • If cancellation is made between 179 and 150 days prior to date of event, penalty will be 50% of total reservation according to agreed rate. • If cancellation is made between 149 and 120 days prior to date of arrival, penalty will be 70% of total reservation according to agreed lodging rate. • If cancellation is made between 119 and 90 days prior to date of arrival, penalty will be 100% of total reservation according to agreed lodging rate. • If cancellation is made with less than 90 days prior to arrival 100% of entire event will be charged, that is all items confirmed such as lodging, F&B, Entertainment and others. For the application of aforementioned penalties it is understood by reservation the totality of the stay (number of nights) and rooms.
