Cancellation Policy

With our boutique resort, we have 100% attrition rate in which the total amount of the room block is due one week prior to check in. A "Cut-Off Date" will be provided at least one month before check in. Reservation requests (+/-) received after the Cut-Off Date will be based on availability at Hotel's prevailing rates. A payment plan we be given throughout an allotted amount of time to contribute to the amount owed. A 25% deposit will be collected upon signing the contract. As a reminder to qualify for a Room Block at the Carmel Highlands Inn, a minimum 5 rooms must be reserved and therefore responsible for.
