Cancellation Policy

Cancellations No charges will be made before a 3 month period or if the contract is signed on a provisional basis and the event is cancelled more than 4 weeks in advance in writing to the Clayton Hotel Cardiff. In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed event which must be received by the Clayton Hotel Cardiff in writing, the following charges will apply: Over 3 months notice No Cancellation Charge Between 1 and 3 months Deposit Forfeited, 25% of estimated account for the function. Between 2 and 4 weeks 50% of estimated account for the function. Under 2 weeks 100% of estimated account for the function. Dalata Hotel Group reserve the right to cancel any event without liability from the client if: a) The premises or any part of them have been closed for any reason beyond our control b) The client becomes insolvent or is adjudicated bankrupt c) The customer is in arrears with any payment
